The Boiling Billy Brand was established in 1993 and is owned by Wiffen Products Pty Ltd, an Australian owned and managed company established in 1996.

John Wiffen, the managing director has been in the business of manufacturing boiling water units for over 27 years. In that time he has developed the technology behind boiling water units, making them as simple as possible to operate and repair.

The WATERMARK is a registered certification trademark of Standards Australia.

Why is it important to me?
It means that all Boiling Billy products are manufactured to the AS3498 authorisation requirements for plumbing products - Water Heaters and Hot Water Storage Tanks. So you can be confident that the product you buy from Boiling Billy has been built to standards that are known to be safe and reliable!

What is the C Tick?
The C Tick ia An identification trademark registered to the government authority (ACA) which indicates compliance with EMI (electromagnetic interference) standards. C-Tick covers only emission standards both conducted and radiated. Nearly all electrical products must comply with the C-tick standards and must be labelled with the C-Tick mark.

Why is it important to me?
It means that Boiling Billy products have also been manufactured to be compliant with the the radio communication compliance and labelling - incidental emmissions requirements for electrical products.
